Carbon Fiber has gained popularity over the past few decades because it is extremely light weight and strong. And, more than anything, it looks and feels cool. Carbon Fiber feels like something out of the future, but it’s here now – and it could even be your next business card. Our Carbon Fiber is .5mm thick and, you guessed it – durable and lightweight.

Die-Cut to Credit Card Dimensions

Pull a credit card from your wallet – that card is 3.375 x 2.125 inches. Our industry calls these dimensions CR80 – it’s extremely common and that’s the size of our Carbon Fiber Business Cards! Because carbon fiber is so strong, we must die-cut our cards to this shape – other cutting processes simply wouldn’t be efficient. If you’re looking for a custom shape or cut-outs, please contact us for a quote.

Screen Printing & Variable Data

Your artwork will be screen printed to the Carbon Fiber Business Card surface. We’ll even color-match to Pantone® if necessary – simply supply your color information while ordering. If you want each card to have a unique name or number (or both), we can do that, too! Each card comes in it’s own clear plastic sleeve to elevate the presentation and protect it from scratching.

Individually Wrapped for Protection

Every card we produce is made-to-order and we take our quality very seriously. To preserve the carbon fiber finish, each card comes individually wrapped in its own clear plastic sleeve.

STEP 1  |  ORDER    Select your quantity. No artwork, no problem!  Just provide detailed notes for our internal designers.  Feel free to upload any artwork including drawings, logos, or even a photo of your current card.

STEP 2  |  PROOFING PROCESS    Within 24-72 hours (Monday through Friday), you will receive a digital proof.  If any changes are required, our designers will work with you until you love your card layout.  Once you're completely satisfied, confirm your artwork for production.

STEP 3  |  PRODUCTION & SHIPPING    After confirming your artwork, you will receive an Email with tracking in roughly 2-4 weeks, depending on our production  volume and period of the year.
